Cancelations

Please be mindful that all sales are final once your order has been placed.

Returns and Refunds

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, rings and earrings are non-returnable.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of damaged pieces. If you would like to return your order, you must contact us first with photo evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any returns or refunds after this time frame will not be accepted.

All items must be unused, in the exact condition as when purchased including all packaging and any additional items included.

Delivery time 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and an addititional 3 to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

All items are shipped via 48 hour tracked delivery.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct, this includes your name, email, address and postcode. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If you have made any accidental errors, please email us as soon as possible with the correct details.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

Although this can be a very frustrating situation, please take into consideration that once parcels have been shipped, they are in the hands of the shipping providers. Please contact the courrier found on your tracking information.
